Get Ready, Q’s Winter Wonderland Is Returning To Star Trek Online Next Week
Celebrate the universes’ favorite chaotic seasonal holiday.
It’s that time of year again. Q’s Winter Wonderland returns to Star Trek Online. Once again, players of “all ranks, allegiances, species, cosmological variances, and molecular stabilities (or lack thereof)” are invited to take part in the winter festivities and earn prizes as they do.
This year, players can get their hands on the new Tier 6 Fek’ihri Byr’Jai Interceptor Starship – a ship designed using player input. To earn the starship, players will need to complete one of a variety of activities, including things like Klingon Ice Fishing in order to accumulate progress.
Players will be able to visit the Winter Wonderland from most combat maps using the game event system. This will allow them to play their favorite activity as much as they like.
In addition to the Starship, players will also have a chance to obtain the new Breen Space Set. There are three items in this set: an Omni-Directional Cryonic Beam Array, a Cryonic Torpedo Launcher, and a Universal Console. Specs for each of these items are available on the Star Trek Online site.
Events kick off on December 6th and will run until January 5th on all platforms.
