Hearthstone Battlegrounds Early Access Begins Today
Today's the day. If you're one of those who attended BlizzCon -- or bought the Virtual Ticket -- you'll be able to access the Early Access for Hearthstone's new Battlegrounds game mode. Those who purchased the Descent of Dragons bundle will also be able to get in. During part of this event -- specifically, today -- players who connect their Twitch account to their Battle.net account will receive Drops for watching Hearthstone streams.
In addition to kicking off early access today, Blizzard is also celebrating the impending launch of the new mode with a special event -- the Battlegrounds Brawl. The event kicks off today and will run until Thursday, November 21 when it will come to a dramatic end with a $200,000 tournament on the Inn-vitational stage. The entire event will be broken into three stages, beginning with picking a team. Details on each of the stages and how long they run can be found on the Hearthstone site.
