Lost Ark Artist Class

Next week, on March 15, Smilegate and Amazon Games will be dropping the “Art of War” update in Lost Ark. Today, the dev team posted the latest Lost Ark Academy post highlighting the new Artist Advanced Class being introduced in the update. This new class uses painting as her method of combat. Armed with a giant paintbrush and ink, the Artist can choose between attacking enemies directly or painting beasts into reality to fight alongside her. Moreover, she’s able to provide support using illusion powers. She’s the first Advanced Class in the new Specialist category, making her a bit special right now.

To accompany the launch of the new class, the update also includes some progression events. Among these is the Punika Powerpass. Upon completing the “Berver’s Friend” quest players will receive the Punika Powerpass. That is, provided the quest is completed before the event period ends. The pass will allow players to bring an alternate character to the same point in the game. Another event, Hyper Express Plus, allows players to earn honing materials needed to level a selected item to 1445 quickly. To accompany Hyper Express Plus, a new feature called the "Engraving Support System" will allow players to choose four engravings to be in effect at level 3 during the event period.

Finally, Story Express will clear story missions and allow players to receive important material. Only one character can receive benefits from the Story Express. Of course, there are new and returning login bonuses as well when the MMO launches the new content.
