New 5v5 Mode Available As Season 4 Of Bohemia Interactive's Vigor Launches
Beginning today, Vigor players can start playing the new Season 4 content which adds a new 5v5 mode. Titled Warlords, the fourth season introduces the 5v5 Elimination mode. This is (somewhat) a new version of Shootout with some some twists. It showcases parts of the new Islands map -- particularly the Frozen North in which several areas have been set aside for 5v5 combat. The objectives are straightforward. Either eliminate the enemy team or capturing objective to win a round. The first team to hit the required number of round wins... wins. The mode also features pre-selected loadouts for both teams.
The update also brings new tools into the game that will impact Encounters. The first is the Jammer, which blocks all signals in an area. The second is Mortar Strike which allows players to call in artillery support. Of course, there are new weapons and mementos as well.
