New Trailer For Upcoming MMORPG Chrono Odyssey Features Action-Packed Gameplay And An Ever-Changing World

“It is with our deep passion and appreciation that we unveil our trailer today,” said Samuel Seo, producer for Npixel’s upcoming MMORPG. “Chrono Odyssey is an ambitious project created by passionate developers and avid gamers who understand the power of immersive gaming experiences.
According to the developer, Chrono Odyssey redefines the genre with its innovative gameplay centered around time manipulation and stunning visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5. The game was first announced in 2020 and is set to be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The new trailer showcases the game's dynamic and ever-changing world, with new weather and environments introduced each season.
“We firmly believe MMORPGs serve as gateways to unforgettable experiences and cherished memories, formed through shared adventures and challenges,” said Ken Kang, the technical director.
It also provides an in-depth look at the game's action-packed gameplay, where players can manipulate time and space during battles to explore alternate timelines and solutions. Chrono Odyssey’s music was composed by Cris Velasco, who worked on Fortnite, Resident Evil, Bloodborne, and God of War.
The game offers six distinct character classes, including Swordsman, Paladin, Ranger, Sorcerer, Berserker, and Assassin, each with unique combat styles and mechanics that facilitate immersive role-playing and co-op gameplay experiences.
“Our ultimate goal with Chrono Odyssey is to ignite gamers’ passion and tie them with a truly unforgettable gaming experience — one that will last a lifetime,” said Tei Yoon, the art director.
More information will become available on the official site, and while Npixel has been invloved in Web3/NFT technology in gaming in other projects, they have confirmed on Twitter that they aren't using the technology in Chrono Odyssey.
