Operation: Accolade Is Out Now For Insurgency: Sandstorm, Includes Fan-Made Map
New map, weapons, cosmetics, and more.
Operation: Accolade is the final major Year 2 content update for FPS Insurgency: Sandstorm, and with it comes a new map, weapons, character cosmetics, and a free update to the game.
Last Light is the new map that has been adapted from the fan-favorite submission to the Insurgency: Sandstorm mapping contest. Players can enter and utilize building interiors and explore the entirely new marine yacht area. The new map is a luxurious coastal town setting, likened to something such as Monte Carlo.
New weapons included in the free update are the Micro Dynamic Rifle (MDR) for Security forces and the SG 552 for Insurgents. New gear sets include the Scout set for Security and the Rebel set for Insurgents.
For new premium content, players can choose between the Worn Veteran weapon skin pack and the Rust & Wrap pack. New gear sets are the Pilot and Biker.
Insurgency: Sandstorm and the Operation: Accolade update are currently live on Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and Xbox.
