Overwatch 2’s PvP Is Getting So Many “Groundbreaking Changes” Blizzard Can Only Tell You About It In A Livestream
The stream will show off new heroes and maps as well as changes to how the game is played.
Blizzard is making big changes to the gameplay in Overwatch 2. Today, the developer announced “groundbreaking changes” will be coming to the hero shooter’s PvP experience. It did not say what those changes were, however, as “it’s going to take more than a blog or developer update” to fill players in on what’s coming in 2025. Instead, the Overwatch 2 team will be hosting a stream on Twitch and YouTube to give players all the details.
In addition to highlighting the upcoming PvP changes, Blizzard also plans to use the stream to highlight new content such as heroes and maps. The stream will take place on February 12 at 10:00 am Pacific. In addition, content creators have been invited to Irvine to get hands-on with the new content and stream it themselves. Players who watch these streams can earn a Lucio Cyber DJ Legendary Skin as a Twitch Drop.
