The Omen Is Coming: Paladins Kicks Off Week-Long Fall Of Ascension Peak Event
Defend Ascension Peak and Jenos from Omen and the Abyssal Lords.
Today, Paladins players return to Ascension Peak as part of a week-long event. The Fall of Ascension Peak is similar to the Siege of Ascension Peak. Players will play the shooter's Onslaught mode on the Ascension Peak map and will need to watch out for falling firebombs from artillery. While playing this mode, players have a 50% cooldown reduction.
Players take on the roles of Abyss & Magistrate or Paladins & Resistance. The first group will work to bring down Ascension Peak while the latter will defend it. When choosing sides, players will also need to pick Champions related to their in-universe factions.
As part of the event, Chronicles Series 1 Finale will offer players insight into the event’s past as well as how the Realm will change with the arrival of the Omen.
