Quinfall EA Problems

Today, Vawraek Technology launched The Quinfall into early access on Steam, granting players access to the game at a cost of $20. That’s not really a high price when it comes to purchasing an MMORPG, although it would definitely seem like a lot for players who aren’t having a good time playing. That’s apparently the case with The Quinfall, which, at the time of this writing, has 381 reviews and a mostly negative score.

Some of the negative reviews speak to an incomplete game with no NPCs or mobs, and maps that just end. However, reading through the reviews seems to indicate that these are also symptoms of server issues, which have also kept players from being able to log in. Some of those who do make it in face the issues mentioned above as well as massive lag spikes.

Most advice from players leaving negative reviews is simply to just wait, as they’re hoping the developer will iron things out. It’s worth noting that there are some positive reviews, but they also list the same issues, just with a little less pessimism. Here’s hoping the developers manage to work out the issues and turn the launch around.

This one has seemed a little out there for over a year now, so maybe this isn't a big surprise to most of you.
