RuneScape Opens The Blooming Burrow Event, Complete With A Weird-Looking Easter Bunny
The burrow features a new area and chocolate-themed quests.
Today, Jagex kicked off a new Easter-themed update in RuneScape, introducing a new hub; the Blooming Burrow. The MMORPG's event is three weeks of chocolate-based goodness with challenges to take on and goodies to be had – including returning rewards from previous events.
During the Blooming Burrow event, players will go on a mission to find, create, and test the ultimate chocolate egg recipe with the aid of the Easter Bunny. They’ll also be searching for a Golden Egg and earning rewards via daily and weekly egg hunt challenges.
In the Easter Hub, players will be able to participate in new skilling activities. These include mining for chocolate rocks and hunting chocolate bunnies. Both of these will include new rewards. The activities consist of something for everyone whether they’re solo or in a group.
