Star Trek Online Infiltrates The Terran Empire In Stormfall, The Newly Revealed Season
Your journey continues in the Mirror Universe.
The next major game update for Star Trek Online has been announced. Captains and their teams' journey through the Mirror Universe will continue with Stormfall, which will release on PC May 10th and on consoles in June. This exciting next chapter will send Captains on a rescue mission as they will try to stop Terran forces led by the dreaded Captain Killy (Mary Wiseman from Star Trek: Discovery), from reawakening a dangerous nemesis.
Alongside our captain will be epic characters like Admiral Janeway (Kate Mugrew from Star Trek: Voyager), Admiral Leeta (Chase Masterson from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), and an Andorian rebel named “Rae-Yeet” (Noah Averback-Katz from Star Trek: Discovery).
Stormfall also introduces a complete remaster of the Starfleet tutorial, two brand new episodes, an added Task Force Operation, and other new features for Captains to explore. The remaster to the Starfleet tutorial should provide aspiring Captains with a smoother experience, but will also add new environments, and more interactions with Borg and Admiral Janeway.
Now, for our Captains who have not completed the latest game update, Shadow’s Advance, spoilers lie ahead. Please, take caution.
In the final moments of the most recent episode, “Red Shift,” players discovered that the individual they had been searching for is actually Lieutenant llia from Star Trek: The Motion Picture. In Stormfall, Captains will receive orders to embark on a mission to rescue the captured Deltan Starfleet Officer from a Terran Space Dock. This is not before llia explains that it is imperative to prevent the Terran Empire from summoning a powerful nemesis. In order to stop the Terran forces and their dreaded leader, Captain Killy, Captains will need to team up with former enemy-turned-ally, Admiral Leeta and an Andorian rebel named Rae-Yeet.
These exciting events and much more all take place in two brand new featured episodes or Star Trek Online. Additional details will be released when Stormfall officially releases on Arc Games, Stream, and Epic Games Store beginning May 10th.
