Elder Scrolls Online Tavern 2024

Ever wanted to stay overnight in an actual freaking castle? Well here's your chance, you'll just have to make your way to Germany to do it. The Elder Scrolls Online continues to celebrate its 10-year anniversary, and will be hosting the ESO Tavern 2024 in Thuringia, Germany.

The annual European event sounds like it's quite a bit of fun, with players taking part in activities, taking in live musical performances, and engaging with Elder Scrolls Online team members.

Sign-ups for the event are handled through Eventbrite, and there are three packages to choose from.

The Weald package (€45)

Includes a goodie bag with exclusive merch and codes, participation in all activities, access to musical performances, free campfire bread on a stick and marshmallows, as well as complimentary breakfast on Sunday.

The Dawnwood package (€55)

Includes everything from the Weald package plus one overnight stay in your own tent on the castle grounds, as well as car access to the site on arrival and departure.

The Skingrad package (€75)

Includes everything from the Weald package plus one overnight stay in one of the castle rooms, and parking on the grounds.

It should be noted that the castle rooms are all hostel-style rooms and they ask that you reorganize yourself into groups before signing up for rooms.

It sounds like a good time for folks who attend, so I'm a bit jealous. It all takes place on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14. You can read the official blog post for more details.
