Survarium Update 0.44 Adds New Anti-Cheat Protection
Suvarium's latest update has gone live and it's introduced one of the things (most) players have been waiting for. In addition to general updates and additions, Vostok Games has added even more to its arsenal in the fight against cheaters. Post update, the game's client is protected by the BattlEye system, which will not only detect hackers but automatically ban them and pull them from the game. At the same time, it will notify other players in the match as to who has been banned.
Also being added is a weekly Treasure Hunt Event. Players looking for high quality (unique or premium) items will want to pay attention to this one. Players will be able to earn items based on their character's maximum faction rank -- including a few free ones using free stash maps.
As always, adjustments have been made to weapons and there have been a variety of gameplay changes. The full patch notes for this update are available on the Suvarium site.
