Star Wars September Events

Once again, Star Wars: The Old Republic has a lot going on, event-wise. The developers dropped a post this morning outlining the events players can expect over the next month – as well as a peek at the Anniversary event coming in December. Of course, December is still a few months away, so it’s probably best to concentrate on what’s happening soon.

September features three events. The first event, Nar Shaddaa Nightlife, is already underway and will last until September 13. This one’s been rolling for a bit, but players still have plenty of time left to take part and get their share of the numerous available rewards. These include armor sets, mounts, decorations, pets, and more. There’s no requirement to participate in this particular event. All players need to do is take part in new daily missions.

Next up is the Relics of the Gree. This event begins on September 6 and will last until September 13, so that’s two events that will end right around the same time. It also means players participating in this event will have less time to accomplish everything. This event is available to players level 50 or higher who want to explore the contested area in the Western Ice Shelf of Ilum and learn about the giant Gree starship, the Grey Secant. Even if you’re not all that interested in finding out more about the ancient ship, there are still rewards to be obtained, such as a Gree digitization cube, new armor, mini-pets, and more.

The final September event is the Pirate Incursion. This will run for seven days beginning September 20. It’s available to players level 20+ and focuses on the planet Dantooine as the center of a three-way conflict. The Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire have been going at it, but now the Nova Blade pirates are getting involved – with a little encouragement from Imperial forces. As with the other events, players will receive several rewards for taking part in this, including armor sets, mounts, decorations, and a mini-pet.

As mentioned above, the game’s 10-year anniversary is on its way in December. Those who want to participate need to be level 10 or above but, considering players have until December 14 before it starts, that isn’t a big ask. When the event kicks off, players will be able to find a special vendor on the fleet with the new Class Ship Stronghold Decorations. There will be a selection of new rewards available as well as previous anniversary awards for those who didn’t get them before.
