War Thunder's Next Update "Tusk Force" Introduces New Land, Sea, And Air Vehicles
You can test the upcoming content now in the game's developer server.
Gaijin Entertainment has announced the next major update for War Thunder, called “Tusk Force.” It arrives mid-September. The update for the free-to-play shooter delivers a new lineup of military hardware across land, sea, and air. A standout addition is the Ukrainian Oblot-T main battle tank — a modernized armored vehicle that combines elements of past designs with improved speed, advanced optics, and heavy firepower.
Several other vehicles are also joining the roster. There’s the USS Maryland, a powerful American battleship with an impressive array of guns and durability. And the Canadian CF-188A fighter jet, which features notable speed and flexibility. There’s also Britain’s Sky Sabre SAM system and Russia’s Buk-M3 SAM system, both of which are designed to intercept and neutralize aerial threats with precision.
The update expands the tech tree by introducing a new line of Thai ground vehicles, which will be available under Japan’s tree. And there are dozens of additional vehicles across all categories.
No firm launch date has been announced yet, but the content is already available for testing on the game’s developer server through September 11.
