War Thunder Update Introduces Dozens Of Vehicles In The Kings Of Battle Update
Now’s the time to get your Black Hawk.
Today, Gaijin Entertainment dropped the Kings of Battle update in War Thunder, introducing a slew of new vehicles, including the MH-60L Black Hawk. Other vehicles include the Soviet missile tank “Objekt 775”, the Chinese JH-7A fighter-bomber, and self-propelled howitzers from NATO and China.
The Black Hawk variant added in the game's update is designed for special operations, an attack version equipped with Hellfire, guided anti-tank missiles, anti-air missiles, and Hydra unguided rockets. It also features heat suppression and IRCM systems among other things.
The Soviet tank is designed around guided missiles. It’s flat, which contributes to its survivability. Its design also allows it to ricochet enemy shells.
The Kings of Battle update also introduces new mechanics to the game. Planes now have armor-piercing bombs that detonate after penetrating a certain amount of armor.
