Wayfinder Queue Times Have Been Reduced, But Can It Handle The Weekend Load?
We're about to find out.

I've been able to log into Wayfinder for the first time today, and both times I did so I was through the queue within about 2 minutes. That's a vast improvement over how long the queues have been since Early Access launched on Steam last week.
So, what's changed? According to the official Wayfinder Discord Server, a new patch has been deployed, conquering the queue time raid boss.
'We have eliminated the bottleneck on the matchmaking branch of our server system and we are ready to see what this puppy can handle," the official announcement reads from last night.
Since then it looks like the server limit has been raised again, though there are complaints of random disconnects and lag on the Discord channels.
From the Discord today:
"We have begun raising the server limit again from our last night's artificial hold. There is a known bug with the Gloom dungeon for the Light the Balefire quest. Please proceed through that gloom dungeon without picking anything up to avoid the "Error saving user data" bug. We are actively addressing bugs related to Runesilver redemption, connection timed out, player lag, and other quality of life improvements."
The real test will be once primetime hits this evening and tomorrow (Saturday). We'll just have to wait and see what the queue times look like through the weekend, and how many complaints of random DCs and lag come through the Discord.
