Yet Another Update Sneaks Into Heroes Of The Storm Today And Varian Is Now A Tank
In addition to updates, some heroes have made their way to Same Hero Mode.
We all know that Troy REALLY wants Heroes of the Storm to make some type of comeback so he can scratch the MOBA's return off of his 2024 predictions list. It seemed like something was going on in the world of Blizzard's game earlier this year as multiple patches found their way into the game.
Today continues that trend of "updates out of nowhere."
In a new patch, Heroes of the Storm has moved Varian to the tank role and added Artanis, Hogger, Whitemane, Zarya, Nova, Probius, and Leoric to Same Hero Mode. That last one, Leoric, is still disabled for Normal Mode, though.
There's been a pass at most heroes, too, and you can check out the patch notes to see how your main has been changed or had that annoying bug fixed.
Interestingly, the notes also mention an "Updated Shop Bundles and Items" note, so maybe check out the store to see what's new or changed there.
In the meantime, we get to watch Troy keep his prediction hopes alive.
