hi all good show,a little of topic question. years ago I played Warcraft like who did not but I often thought this game is on rails and if I play it the same way I will always win and it did not matter if I played it on the hardest mode still win.i want a game where I can build up and play against some one and along comes artificial intelligence I know it can beat single players at certain games but what about 200 people at a time or more and restrict it to levels say 20 and 40 and 60 the ai is a boss on these levels and is able to use minnions and have free thinking to play just like a human or would this be too hard to set up or would the word terminator creap in

The dev was wrong that all players ‘only care about their character’s appearance if there are a lot of other players to see it’ but there is a grain of truth in it. There are some players who value skins more if other players can’t get those skins easily or at all and they can show them off. For example the raider who wants to show off their raid gear, the veteran who has skins from lots of limited time events, the whale that buys every item in the cash shop, etc. While I believe these players are a vocal minority they are the ones who want to be noticed so the devs are far more likely to interact with them over the silent majority.

To clarify I’m not the kind of player who cares about prestige, I just meet some of them when I was part of a guild that helped players through dungeons in a game without LFG.

On the other hand … I am not above creating an obnoxious looking character to ruin other people’s immersion so that’s one case where having a lot of other players to see it does matter! 😀

P.S. Always feel free to cut down or summarize my comments for time’s sake. I know I’m very wordy.

The thing about gaming is every game has been subject to copying or extraction from the very start of gamings birth. Space invaders onward to the great Ultima, which was a victim of blizzard idea for wow’s = a full copy ultima’s concept & ideas, and with this gaming started development tiers, going onward copying or taking parts of older games for ideas and competition. Its a never ending cycle and should not be forced into corners of stupidness. Otherwise game development itself would not progress forward, stupid lawsuits on silly stuff if null and void in game development, apart from the games official name. but even that isn’t secure.
On Ultima online its kind of a silly thing that they doing, they really need to be fully open about F2P & stop with trying to calculate restrictions, the game will only get bad reviews to build up as it pushe’s forward these silly ass restrictions. I said for many years Ultima Online needs to go F2P for real, they don’t seem to understand the simple answer to F2P & how to gain money, its a dam SHOP!!
    Good review guys thx
