Blizzard Gives History Lesson On Hearthstone Meta
If you've ever been schooled by an Unleash the Hounds Hunter or Mage Freeze deck in Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, you can now relive those "fond" memories thanks to a short "History of the Hearthstone Meta" video recently created by Blizzard.
The video talks about some of the maybe-a-bit-too-powerful decks that dominated the Hearthstone scene, some coming during beta and some after launch, and what kind of steps the team made to counter them. Combine that analysis with the enthusiasm practically oozing out of Senior Game Designer Ben Brode's ears, and it's an entertaining trip down memory lane -- or nightmare street, depending on whether you used these decks or had them used against you.
What are your favorite (or least favorite) memories of Hearthstone decks?
