CRSED: Cuisine Royale, A Mobile Version Of Gaijin's CRSED: F.O.A.D., Releases Worldwide On Android Devices Today
The devs say the game's purchasable cosmetics "does not influence the performance of players in battle."
Gaijin Entertainment and Darkflow Software have announced the worldwide release of CRSED: Cuisine Royale for Android devices. The game is a "console-grade" mobile version of the online shooter CRSED: F.O.A.D. and is available for free with optional cosmetic purchases.
CRSED: Cuisine Royale features a unique cast of playable Champions with supernatural talents like time manipulation and beast transformation. Players can pick up realistic ranged and melee weapons to duke it out with others in a battle royale format, collecting the souls of fallen opponents to cast mystical spells, summon zombies, set traps, and more. In its own wacky way, the CRSED IP has an unconventional approach with pretty wild ideas, so the developers wanted to bring its uniqueness to mobile devices everywhere.
The portable version will use the proprietary Dagor engine used to stabilize the performance of each platform. The devs previously ported the mobile iteration to Nintendo Switch to make it look "as good as possible," which they say provides CRSED: Cuisine Royale with "console level graphics."
While the game is free, players can purchase cosmetic items and other content in-game. The developers stated those purchases will not "influence the performance of players in battles."
