Bloodhunt is emphasizing what makes each Archetype unique in the latest patch notes, handing out buffs to abilities to open up additional strategic play. The goal is to shift the meta around a bit and make abilities more viable in encounters instead of just gunplay.

The Vandal's Earth Shock ability damage has been increased and is multiplied the higher you drop a target. The Brute's Shockwave Punch has its knockback force increased. The Siren's Blinding Beauty ability will also silence the enemy, but the duration is slightly lower. The Prowler's Scouting Famulus is adding more damage from all sources. The Enforcer's Unyielding Charge is having its damage doubled. Warden's Shackles cast speed has been sped up. Sabotuer's Sewer Bomb damage has been increased, and finally, the Muse's Rejuvenating Voice had its heal amount increased and it's more difficult to interrupt.

Like we said, buffs for everybody!

Gone is the initial limit of only being able to obtain three resonances through feeding as you can now continue to the max of 12 without diablerizing.

Weapons are being overhauled so that each weapon type has the same max range and falloff regardless of the rarity or class.

The sniper reticle has been updated to look cooler.

Also on the list of changes is adjustments to matchmaking in order to ensure every player's first experience in Bloodhunt is a learning experience with time to practice against bots in order to get a feel for the game.

The patch notes are absolutely massive and we've just covered the highlights. You can check out the full patch notes on the official Blood Hunt site.
