Albion Online The Mists

Today, Sandbox Interactive dropped the latest update for Albion Online, taking players to the Mists, an all-new area dedicated to solo and duo players. “Beyond the Veil” adds several new bits of content for players to enjoy, including not only the Mists and the city of Brecilien hidden within, but also new creatures, artifacts, and enchantments.

The Mists is a new zone dedicated to providing PvP and PvE specifically for solo and duo players. The zone is made up of purple landscapes and filled with new creatures. Somewhere within it is the city of Brecilien. It has no fixed location and is only accessible to those who uncover its secrets, but once found, players can travel there from both the Mists and Roads of Avalon… no matter where it may be at any given moment.

The new creatures found in the Mists drop artifacts that can be used to craft new Fey Armor. There are nine items across three lines, and all offer new spells intended to expand the game’s combat styles.

In addition to introducing the new zone, “Beyond the Veil” also reworks Roads of Avalon to make them more viable for smaller guilds. Quality-of-life adjustments have been implemented as well.
