Fortnite Season 6 Is Live And It Brings Pets!
Fortnite's season six -- Darkness Rises -- is here, bringing with it a new Battle Pass with 100 levels and more than 100 new rewards, which include pets. Yay pets!
The update also includes a new consumable, the Shadow Stone. This stone is found in the corrupted areas of the map and will apply a 'Shadow Form' to the player for a limited time. It appears to be more of a sneak-away consumable because you will not be able to use weapons while it's active. But you will get increased movement speed, jump height, and fall damage immunity.
Speaking of corrupted areas of the map, the game map has been updated with floating islands, corn fields, a haunted castle, and more.
As always, the full patch notes are available on the Fortnite site. Or, you can just watch the videos below if you're not in the mood to dig through the notes right now.
