Halloween Activities Abound In Aion And Lineage II
Hatch a Devil, blast the Pumpkin King, and slay vampires
NCSoft's got a whole slew of Halloween activities going on in its various games, so here's a handy guide for players of Aion, Aion Classic, and Lineage II to get them up to speed with all the spook.
In Aion Classic (October 27 to November 17), you can receive an egg that can hatch into a Little Devil. Feed it sweets and you'll get a Halloween Pumpkin and a chance at an additional reward.
In regular Aion (October 27 to November 27), you can hunt down the Pumpkin King, who's impervious to all attacks except Candy Blasts. You'll get 10 free Blasts per day, and more can be earned in various zones. When the King falls, you'll be able take his remains (ew) to an NPC and receive the Great Pumpkin Bundle.
Lineage II (starting October 27) gets in on the action with a good old-fashioned vampire hunt. Kill as many creatures of the night as you can for bonus rewards.
As a postscript, the firm that represents NCSoft also handles PR for Deceit developer World Makers and wants to let everyone know that the social deduction game is also offering addtional treats for Halloween tricksters. From now until November 8, you can find 32 new cosmetics, as well as items from previous events and a new item upgrade system.
