Today, Sumo Digital and Focus Entertainment announced the release of Season 3: Ostara for Hood: Outlaws & Legends, which includes the highly anticipated cross-platform squad feature across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. Starting now, you can enjoy the free update and hit the field!

Throughout matches with your cross-platform buddies or competitors, you can gain new cosmetics from the battle pass by climbing the community ranks and duking it out through heated game matches. You'll have a selection of over a hundred epic cosmetics to match your existing outfits, weapon skins, and banners, giving players the ability to decide the look of their character.

As mentioned earlier, the update brings the long-awaited cross-platform multiplayer feature but is also coming to PlayStation Plus! For all the PS Plus subscribers out there that have always wanted to try Hood: Outlaws & Legends or never knew about it, you can jump onto the PlayStation Plus's April roster to download it now. The developers have expressed that moving to PS Plus was meant to test the cross-platform feature and unlock the third battle pass for Spring Season Ostara.

Also, for a limited time only, Epic Games Store and Xbox Gold Members can get the base game at up to 50 percent off. Don't miss out on the offer if you're on the fence, or if you're a Plus PS member, try it out first there! For those interested, you can review the update here.

Hood: Outlaws & Legends is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
