Genshin Impact Events

There’s a lot going on with Genshin Impact right now. The Version 3.1 update is on its way and the game’s second anniversary is underway. As we all know by now, HoYoVerse likes to go all-out and this is no different. To celebrate the anniversary, they’re hosting another concert with people around the world doing covers of HoYoMix’s amazing soundtrack. The concert will feature Shiro SAGISU, composer and producer for Neon Genesis Evangelion, and a collection of bands from all around the world – including the Hollywood Chamber Orchestra.

The event is scheduled to take place on October 2. Prior to that, players can generate a virtual concert pass via the concert minisite. They can choose between six of the game’s beloved characters and share the pass via social media to earn rewards including Primogems and concert-exclusive merchandise.

Then there’s the upcoming new version launch. In honor of this, HoYoVerse has teamed up with brand partners in the UK to bring a bit of Teyvat to Earth. The company is hosting two different events.

The first event is a “Pop-up Extravaganza”. This will take place in fifteen different stores across nine cities in the UK. Players can take part in activities in these stores and receive exclusive store discounts as well as Genshin Impact goodies. This event begins tomorrow September 27 and lasts until October 9. The full list of venues can be found on the HoYoLab site.

The second event…well, do you remember the giant inflatable rubber ducky that kinda toured the world several years back? Okay. So, imagine that but…Paimon. And, less so the world than the River Thames in the UK and Palawan Beach at Sentosa in Singapore. Giant Paimon will travel the Thames over three days – October 2 – 4 and Palawan Beach between October 14 and 20. During both these periods, fans will be able to take part in a few events, including meetups. You know it’s going to be cute, so if you’re lucky enough to live where you can see it, go see it.
