Kakao Games Prepares F2P MMO Odin: Valhalla Rising For A Global Launch
Players can begin reserving their names now.
On April 29, Kakao Games’ F2P MMORPG Odin: Valhalla Rising will be released globally, offering players the chance to explore a world defined by Norse mythology. Players will choose to play as one of four classes: Warrior, Sorceress, Priest, or Rogue, and explore iconic realms like Midgard.
The game launches with a 30vs30 Battle of Valhalla mode, as well as large-scale co-op battles. Of course, as this is an MMO, there are dungeons and raids players can attempt as well.
Pre-registration for the game’s launch has opened, and players will be able to reserve their character name and server. As expected with pre-registration, there are rewards to be had for doing so. Once that’s taken care of, players will be able to load the game on April 28.

Will we still see all of these? Any of these? I certainly hope so!

A new character, map, and mode are being added.

I feel like they've been ducking the F2P conversion long enough.

Examples include games like Titanfall 2, Far Cry 5, and Final Fantasy XIV.
