Obi-wan Kenobi Fortnite

Epic Games isn't done yet with celebrating May the 4th in Fortnite, bringing Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi to the Fortnite Item Shop on May 26 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

As with all character-based events in Fortnite, there will be an Outfit and various accessories fitting the character's theme. Players can get the Obi-Wan Kenobi Outfit from the Item Shop on release, included with the Desert Essential Back Bling. Then there's Obi-Wan's trusty and elegant Blade Pickaxe for harvesting or cracking skulls, a Jedi Interceptor Glider, and Obi-Wan's Message Emote, replicating a Star Wars hologram transmission. All items will be available separately or bundled together on the Item Shop for purchase, but the bundle does include the Kenobi, Surrounded Loading Screen at the start of our post.

If buying isn't something you're into, you could compete in the Battle Royale Duos Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup on May 22 for a chance to "earn the Obi-Wan Kenobi Outfit and Desert Essentials Back Bling early!" In order to participate, all players must have 2FA enabled and have a verified Epic account. And everyone joining the Cup must be at account level 50 or above! The devs put together a list of requirements if you're interested in learning more!

Will you be picking up Obi-Wan Kenobi items later this month? Let us know below! You can read the full announcement on the Fortnite website.
