Netmarble Announces The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin Closed Beta Test
Something to do over Halloween.
While some games are running Halloween events right now, Netmarble’s upcoming free-to-play action RPG The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is preparing to run a closed beta test. The company announced today that the test will take place on PC via Steam as well as PlayStation 5 starting October 30.
The test will run through November 5, during which time players will be able to explore the free-to-play action RPG’s open world based on the continent of Britannia in the original manga and anime. They’ll come across places like Fersen Mine and face off against bosses like Red Demon and Grey Demon. And yes, this is another game where players will collect characters – specifically the characters featured in ‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ and ‘Four Knights of the Apocalypse’ mangas.
Seven Deadly Sins: Origin will launch simultaneously on PS5, PC, and mobile devices on January 8, and feature support in twelve languages. The initial closed beta test will support English, Japanese, and Korean. Those looking to register for the test will need to do so via the game’s official Discord channel. Be sure to do it before October 24.
