New And Returning Players Will Start At Level 41 In Tarisland's Season 1 Update Next Week
The team drops more details about what you can expect in Blight Dragon Elegy.
As Season 0 draws to a close and Tarisland preps for the launch of their "Blight Dragon Elegy" Season 1 next week, it's time to get more details on what to expect. If you missed it, part of the MMORPG's update will be making a big change to the battle pass. Instead of being a character-specific purchase, it'll unlock account-wide with a single purchase. Progression is character-specific still, so check out my full post on this change for all the details.
Let's break down the other additions according to a new blog from the Tarisland team. First, and most interesting to me, is that when the update launches on October 22nd early in the morning here in NA, all players will be level 41 and in the new Scardino Icefield map. Getting straight to new content is fine and all, and given the way Tarisland resets some progress between seasons, I kind of expected to start in the new zone. What I didn't expect is that new and returning players will already be level 41 against the update's increased level cap of 50.
On the content side of things, we're getting 4 new dungeons and 12 new raid bosses. New combat modes named Temple Maze and Twisted Dreamland will add more PvE combat. The new season also means new seasonal talents and a rework of the inscribed stone system featuring dragons of four different colors.
For those of you that played in season 0, remember, some of your items, like Friendship badges, will be converted into silver coins or resources sent to you in your mail. Sorry, you don't get to shortcut things in the new season. The post lists all the "conversions" on these items.
