The New York Raid Has Come To Secret World Legends
Funcom pushed a new update to Secret World Legends today, and this time it's filled with end game content. The update introduces the Manhattan Exclusion zone -- or as it's more commonly referred to the "New York Raid". The 10-person raid takes place in Times Square, where they'll once again find themselves face-to-face with the Unutterable Lurker, who we've seen before in the tutorial.
The new raid is available in multiple difficulty levels, including a story mode that is open to any level 50 character.
In addition to this, the update also adds Lair Megaboss summoning. This will allow up to 40 players to summon bosses in Agartha and defeat them. In order to summon these bosses and reap the sweet, sweet rewards, players will need to defeat Regional Lair bosses. Once a player has the item, they can go to the Public Raid portal in Agartha and use the item to open the portal.
Other additions in this update include the new Future-Tech Cache and the Build Manager. The latter allows players to quickly swap builds on the fly. The Build Manager can be accessed via the Abilities Window.
