Phaethon Heads To The Waifei Pennisula In Zenless Zone Zero’s 2.0 Update
Sorry, it's not a vacation. Though, I'm sure Belle will try to turn it into one.
This morning, HoYoverse hosted a Special Program highlighting the upcoming Zenless Zone Zero update, Version 2.0, “Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn”. If that sounds mystical, it's because things are about to get mystical. Version 2.0 picks up where we left off, with the Proxies traveling to the Waifei Peninsula to learn from Yixuan of Yunkui Summit how to use their newly-discovered abilities. The trip means meeting new people, exploring a new Hollow, and taking on new challenges – including running a temple. Players can also expect several improvements to the game.
As the launch of Version 2.0 on June 6 coincides with the action RPG’s first anniversary, HoYo has prepared several rewards for players. While players can expect the general in-game rewards, HoYo is also offering players the ability to choose a free S-Rank Agent and an S-Rank W-engine from the Stable Banner. Other rewards include 1,600 Poly chromes and 20 Encrypted Master Tapes.
For even more Polychromes, players can pre-register for Version 2.0 on the Zenless Zone Zero site. Doing so will net 320 Polychrome as well as other rewards. An additional 300 Polychrome can also be snagged using the redemption code ZZZANNIVERSARY. Just be sure to use it by May 25.
