Phantasy Star Online 2's Episode 6 Is Just A Week Away, New Classes Incoming
We finally have an actual date for the release of Phantasy Star Online 2's Episode 6 update and the wait really isn't long at all. In fact, you're going to be able to check it out a week from today. On December 9, the update will drop, continuing the game's main storyline while introducing new classes, quests, enemies, and more. It will also increase the level cap to 95.
In this new episode, following the Goddess of Annihilation Shiva's appearance on the ARKS ship and declaration of war against, well... everything, the "Final Armada" has appeared ready to take on the Oracle fleet. This kicks off the largest battle for the ARKS, in space. Players will experience this battle as part of the new Urgent Quest, "Armada of Annihilation: Interception"
Of course, a new threat means new help, so the Phantom and Etoile Classes -- both part of the Scions -- have arrived. And even more help comes in the form of two new pets for summoners. New enemies come along with the package as well, including the high-powered, heavy armored, Luminmechs.
As always, a full rundown of each of the new features is available on the Phantasy Star Online 2 site.
