Guild Wars 2 Next Ep Of Living World S1

ArenaNet’s Guild Wars 2 is launching the second episode of Living World Season 1 today, May 24. To begin, players will need to visit their Story Journal to uncover a mysterious message that will send players to Lion’s Arch for their first encounter with Captain Mai Trin and detective Marjory Delaqua. The Living World Season 1 content is free for all players and was originally released during the first Dragon Bash celebration.

As June 7 draws near, players can enjoy the episode and learn about the history of the festival as they prepare for Dragon Bash 2022. Guild Wars: 2 End of Dragons Challenge Mode Strike Mission as well as a set of Generation 3 legendary weapon variant skins will also be released sometime next week.

Continuing with End of Dragons, if players have unlocked one or more of the Aurene-based legendary weapons, they can now begin crafting the first set of Elder Dragon variant skins starting from today. Players will have to first bind an Aurene-based legendary weapon to their Legendary Armory to receive a letter from Leivas. Speaking to Leivas will unlock the Arms of a New Cycle achievement, which is part of a new meta-achievement, The Legendary Facets of Aurene.

Leivas is also selling the scale splinters players will need to create a Scale Fragment of Zhaitan to begin the Aurene’s Facet of Shadows collection. After players finish purifying the scale, the next step is to complete the events in Orrian explorable zones in order to be rewarded with fragmented Elder Dragon memories to then continue on to the next step of the collection.

After players have completed the full collection, they will receive a Fragment of Prismatic Shadows, which players can use to obtain a Zhaitan-based legendary weapon skin for any of the Aurene-based legendary weapons bound to a player’s account. Players can also repeat the Aurene’s Facet of Shadows achievement to try and collect the entire set of sixteen skins as well as unlock the Facet of Shadow and Death title.
