PSO2: New Genesis Event Calls On All ARKs To "Get Ready For Retem!"
Prep for the first major update in December is now underway!
In just a few short weeks, on December 15th to be exact, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis players will finally get a whole new region to explore. Since we've previously talked about that update, the new desert zone, the new level 35 cap, the new skills, and all the other new stuff being added in that first "major" update, today we'll just tell you about prepping for the update.
Today, SEGA started the "Get Ready for Retem" event and it'll run until Retem (the new desert zone) actually releases. Need some mono, dual, or trinite? How about 50SG Tickets or N-Grinders? Just complete some specific tasks and they are yours! Basically kill 100 enemies, get a weapon or unit to +10, +20, and +30, and limit break a weapon or unit and you'll score all the prizes. You cannot clear multiple objectives at once though, so just do them in the order they open up.
Starting on December 1st, you'll have a second prep event running. This date is also when the login bonuses for the Retem Pre-Release go into effect. There's lot of items on the line here simply for logging in and for doing particular limited-time tasks. If you want some Salon Passes, N-Augmentation Success Rate +5%, up to 3 SG 50 Tickets totaling up to 150 SG, and some of the other prizes, be sure to take a peek at the requirements on the official post.
