Rainbow Six Siege Is Getting A Yakuza Crossover And A Balancing Pass
Two of the game’s characters are getting exclusive Yakuza bundles.
Fans of Yakuza games are getting a bit of a treat in Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege Year 7 Season 2 update. The game’s developer announced the crossover at the end of the Operation Vector Glare Reveal Panel, which details everything players can expect from the upcoming season.
The crossover will introduce bundles for the Operator Echo and Operator Hibana characters, transforming them each into beloved characters from Sega’s popular game. Echo players will be able to fight as Kiryu Kazuma while Hibana players will be able to turn her into Kaoru Sayama.
In addition to the reveal video, Ubisoft also offered players insight into how the new season will be balanced with a fairly technical post, involving lots of nifty graphs and charts. Those interested in that kind of thing can find it on the Ubisoft site.
