RuneScape's Land Out Of Time Update Has Arrived

Today, RuneScape players have a new, dinosaur-filled region to discover. The big beasties arrive as part of the game's new "The Land Out of Time" update. Before accessing the new content, players will want to play through the Desperate Times quest if they haven't already. This quest will fill players in on the story leading up to the new content.

With the introduction of the new creatures, the new update adds new training methods for the Hunter and Slayer skills. They're focused on nine big dinosaurs with bad attitudes who will require special resources and traps to catch.

The update also adds a new ancient temple base camp for players to upgrade and make their own, as well as special totems that provide various buffs.
