Ubisoft Indie Series 2022 Finalist, Astrolabe Interactive Inc., just announced its new co-op floating island survival sandbox, Aloft. In this upcoming indie game, players will set sail in an eternal hurricane in search of floating islands to survive on. Here, they will collect resources, technologies, and equipment upgrades. Players must brave a variety of challenges as they work to cleanse the nature of the dangerous fungi corruption that plagues the flora and fauna.
As players explore the hurricane and the islands that reside there, secrets will slowly begin to be uncovered about a lost civilization. The game allows players to explore the world alone, or bring up to 7 friends along to share in on the adventure. Players will be able to weave sails and customize them to their liking, creating a flying island only limited by a player's imagination.
