Star Trek Online Celebrates Abraham Lincoln's Birthday With A Special Free Costume
Nothing says "Happy Birthday, Abraham Lincoln" like dressing reptilian alien races in his trademark outfit. And today is Lincoln's birthday so, why wouldn't Star Trek Online do just that?
For a limited time -- February 13 to February 17 -- STO players can pick up Lincoln's suit, including the top hat and bowtie, for free in the Zen Store. There's even a mini top hat, for those looking for something with a bit of sass. The entire outfit is available as a single package.
If adding a little Lincoln to the Star Trek Universe seems a bit odd, well, just remember that Roddenberry already did that in the original series' "The Savage Curtain" episode where Kirk fought alongside Lincoln in an alien test of "good" versus "evil."
