Star Trek Online: Incursion Update Now Live ON PC
The multiverse saga continues.
Borg from another universe are invading via the Reality Vortex in Star Trek Online’s latest update, Incursion. The universe’s most terrifying force is coming in near Starbase 1, and that’s where players will need to try to stop them.
The events of the MMORPG's new storyline take place in a new episode, “Taken by Surprise”, as well as a new Task Force Operation, “Resistance of Starbase 1". In addition to the ongoing multiverse saga, the update also introduces a new 5 Captain Space Task Force Operation called, “Guillotine” In this TFO, players will need to defend against invading Borg from another universe not just at Starbase 1, but at one of five different locations. The location is picked randomly when players pick up the TFO.
The new update launches alongside a 30-day Borg-themed event related to the story ark “Kings & Queens”. During this event, players can earn a 3-piece ground Borg Adaptation Set in the MMORPG.
