Star Wars Droids Invade Rocket League On May 4th
Get your R2-D2 on in Rocket League.
May the 4th (May the 4th be with you) is generally used as a date for celebration of all things Star Wars, and Psyonix has announced that this year the Star Wars celebration will be coming to Rocket League.
The Star Wars Droid bundle will be dropping in the sports game on May 4th and features decals for the Fennec (C-3PO), Octane (R2-D2), Dominus (K-2SO), and Takumi (BB-8) cars, four Wheels (C-3PO, R2-D2, K-2SO, and BB-8), two Toppers (R2-D2 and BB-8), the R2-D2 Player Anthem (also available separately), and the "Droid" Player Title for 2200 Credits. For players that don’t own the associated cars, another bundle that includes the droid content and painted versions of those cars will be available too.
Individual packs for each droid will also be available for purchase separately. Players will be able to claim the "Rust Bucket" title an R2-D2 Player Banner for free in the item shop.
