The Race Is On With The Release Of Destiny 2's Sundered Doctrine Dungeon
The regular version of the dungeon will open once the race completes.
The Guardian race through an amped up version of the looter-shooter's new Sundered Doctrine dungeon is on right now. I actually waited to write this up just to make sure the new Destiny 2 challenge wasn't going to be torn down within the first few runs. An hour later and teams are still scrambling to try and be the first team to complete the Power Level 1995 dungeon.
Unlike previous dungeon races, Sundered Doctrine will only have one winner, there won't be a full podium of winners. The sole fireteam that makes it through the dungeon first will get a custom trophy celebrating the achievement.
If you own The Final Shape dungeon key, you'll gain access to the normal version of the new dungeon as soon as the race is completed. You can check out the stream popping between teams under the trailer below.
Sundered Doctrine comes as part of the new content added with the launch of the Heresy update.
