As Separation From Digital Extremes Continues, There’s A Lot Planned For Wayfinder’s December Patch
This will be the game’s largest update to date.
We don’t have an exact date for it yet, but thanks to the patch preview on Steam, we now know that Wayfinder’s December update is going to be big. According to the devs, it’s the “largest game update ever” and it includes over 2,000 fixes and changes. These range from Performance and UI adjustments to new customization options – like weapon dyes, and new dye slots. Oh, yes, and ranged weapons are getting some tweaks.
Rather than just listing everything, the dev team has decided to show things off, and the patch preview includes several videos highlighting the dyes we mentioned, as well as a speed improvement for certain weapons, changes to event loot, the UI, and more. The update even includes new music and combat sounds – just to make things a bit more immersive.
