Things Are Running "Afowl" In Neverwinter And There Is One Ugly Chicken Mount On Offer
Honestly, I didn't cover it yesterday because I thought it was a joke.

F2P MMORPG Neverwinter has a bit of a, well, "fowl" event running in game right now. It actually started yesterday. However, despite it being April 2nd, I wasn't quite sure if the event was real or not. It's not like the event is all that outrageous or anything. It's pretty MMO-typical, actually. Earl the Chickenmancer has returned and everything he touches turns into a chicken. Help him out or participate in the limited-time 20v20 PvP event "Fight of the Fowls" to earn rewards.
See? Pretty pluckin' typical.
The reason I didn't know if it was real right away is because of the rewards. Neverwinter says the Dragon Chick Mount on offer as a reward is "adorable," but honestly I think it's ugly as sin. Maybe it's just me. Four new vanity pets and an egg-based artifact are also up for grabs.
The event runs until April 16th. As the post advises, go ruffle some feathers.
