Warframe's Glast Gambit Now Available On PS4 and XB1
Games on consoles have to go through an approval process with their manufacturers, either Sony or Microsoft, which explains why PC updates for games often come out before console updates. That's the boring reason why Warframe's The Glast Gambit update is just hitting PlayStation 4 and Xbox One today, when the PC update came out before Christmas. I prefer the more interesting "because space ninjas" line of reasoning.
Whatever the case, PS4 and Xbox One players can dive into the new content, challenging kidnapper Nef Anyo and unlocking the new Nidus Warframe. The update follows the story-driven The War Within and also offers a bunch of new customization options and weapons that have been corrupted by an infection. Don't worry, though; I'm sure it's still perfectly safe for you to hug the children after you rescue them.
