WoW Fractures in Time preview

World of Warcraft is already talking about its next update, Fractures in Time, keeping them on pace with its 2023 roadmap. Fractures in Time is scheduled to release this summer in the MMORPG.

In this update, Evokers are getting a new support specialization called Augmentation. From the preview article: "Augmentation is a new Damage Dealer role with a twist: they use the essence of the Black and Bronze dragonflights to amplify the abilities of nearby allies. The playstyle for this new specialization involves empowering your allies with a variety of beneficial effects. Some can be cast directly on your allies, while others are tied to using your damage-dealing abilities effectively."

There's a new mega-dungeon coming called Dawn of the Infinite which is an eight-boss Mythic-only dungeon.

The Warlock class is becoming available to the Night Elves, Draenei, Lightforged Draenei, Pandaren, Kul Tiran, Tauren, Highmountain Tauren, Mag'har Orcs, and Zandalari Trolls.

All this, plus you'll be raising dragon whelps in the new Whelp Daycare.

"The dragons have more eggs than they can handle, so they've called in the crew at the Little Scales Daycare to help. The crew quickly finds itself overwhelmed and so has asked for a little help from their friends—you. You’ll guide five dragon whelps as they grow and learn about the dragon flights, earn Renown, and more."

There will of course also be class balance changes and updates as well. It's all slated to release this summer in World of Warcraft's Fractures in Time update.

Note: Activision Blizzard has been sued by California’s Civil Rights Department, alleging violations of California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and Equal Pay Act. CEO Bobby Kotick is alleged to have known about the alleged violations within his company. These allegations have all been denied by Activision Blizzard and the company points to additional diversity and inclusion training as past examples of taking the accusations seriously at the time they were made.
