Zephyr and Chroma Prime Return To Warframe's Prime Vault For A Limited Time
You can unlock them instantaneously or earn them by collecting Void Relics.
Starting today, for a limited time only, Warframe players can instantly purchase or eventually earn Zephyr and Chroma Prime from the Prime Vault. Alongside these dynamic frames, players will get "exclusive accessories, armor, weapons, and a variety of decorations and discounted Platinum."
Whether the Zephyr or Chroma Prime pack, each version comes with its signature Prime weapons and customization when unlocked. Speaking of, you can instantly get them by purchasing a Warframe Prime Vault pack. Another way is by collecting Void Relics in-game, eventually earning Zephyr and Chroma Prime. As of right now, these packs will span across all systems from Nintendo Switch to PS5 to Epic Games Store.
For those who don't know, the Prime Vault in Warframe is a rotating program that reintroduces "previously retired Prime Warframes and Prime Gear [now] available as a bundle with discounted Platinum." Unlike their first go-around, players can instantaneously unlock them or go with the free option by building up in-game items to earn them.
Also, when they return to the Prime Vault, there are usually extra bits of "exclusive accessories, armor, weapons," and more to sweeten the deal. With that in mind, getting your hands on Zephyr and Chroma Prime now is the perfect time to nab them before they disappear.
Though, choosing might get a bit murky with all the packs Digital Extremes put in the Prime Vault. For instance, a Zephyr & Chroma Dual Pack includes the primes and rewards from their individual collections like the Gram Prime and the Tibor Prime Gene-Masking Kit. However, there are also Accessories Packs for each prime version, which have identical rewards but with fewer options. You'll have to carefully plan out what you're willing to invest your time into if you go the grind-y item collecting route since they won't be sticking around forever.
To see what you can gain from the various packs, make sure to read the announcement on Warframe's website. But are you planning to get anything in particular? Let us know below!
