Destiny 2: Heresy Act III Takes The Fight To The Hive Pantheon
The update introduces new story content, Artifact mods, and more.
Today, Bungie dropped the latest Destiny 2 update, Heresy Act III. This update adds more story content to the team shooter, taking players to face the Hive Pantheon. In addition, it introduces new Artifact mods and updated encounters in the Nether and Court of Blades, as well as offering players a blast from the past with the Sunless Cell strike from OG Destiny.
Weapons-wise, Act III brings the new catalysts and a fifth intrinsic for the Exotic Barrow-Dyad Submachine Gun. Speaking of weapons, Bungie announced today that players who complete the Derealize Mission and earn the Triumph chosen path before 10 am Pacific on May 6 will unluck a Bungie Rewards offer that allows them to purchase the Exotic Armory Collection: Barrow-Dyad physical weapon replicas.
On an additional note, if you missed the memo, crossover events are taking place in Sea of Thieves and Brawlhalla right now. If you play either of those, be sure to check in.
