Elder Scrolls Online Adding Screen Narration Accessibility Option And Housing Improvement With Free Update 37
ESO will be more accessible, improve housing, and let you hide your shoulder gear.
Headlining the upcoming update 37 for Elder Scrolls Online are two big features players have been asking for and some improvements to housing.
As part of ESO's ongoing accessibility-focused improvements, they will be adding screen narration to the game with Update 37. The option can be turned on in the Accessibility menu, which enables narration of the game's menus as you navigate. This is a huge boon for visually impaired players.
Another new feature that I will definitely be taking advantage of is the ability to hide your shoulder armor. You must first acquire the ability to hide your shoulders by spending in-game event tickets at the Impresario during any ESO event. It also sounds like our next event will be a bit of a silly one, and they say to stay tuned for more info about that.
Finally, housing improvements are coming with new quality-of-life features being added including a new set of filters for the Housing Editor's placement and retrieval tabs. You will also be able to easily reset a training dummy to reset a parse. You'll also be able to see a full list of what comes with a fully furnished house when looking to purchase a new one.
The free base game Update 37 comes to Elder Scrolls Online alongside the Scribes of Fate DLC on March 13 for PC, and March 28 for consoles.
While you wait on the update to come out you can celebrate the upcoming return to Morrowind by grabbing yourself a free wallpaper from the official site.
